To start, you need to create carnation buds: fold a white napkin accordion, fix the center with a bobby pin. Cut the edges of the napkin in a semi-circle and paint them with a thin line. Remove the bobbin, tie off the middle with a thread. Fold each layer of the napkin from the center to the edges.
This way the carnation buds will be formed. Make as many as you need. Cut the green napkins in strips, form flagella. On the cardboard, first glue the paper tubes, then the flower buds. In such a simple way, you get a volumetric application of paper napkins.

- glue.
